As an avid part time runner and golfer its hard to maintain my physical form with my physical job as an event manager.

After a minor back muscle injury from golf I struggled with poor posture which affected day to day tasks as well as running or golf with nothing truly fixing it from traditional massages to medication.

Recommended by my mother who does physio here I took a 3 session package in hope of finding relief and i was very satisfied with the results.

From physio sessions to help correct the effects from my injury to the sports massage sessions and the home exercise/stretches suggested by their professional staff I can truly feel the difference and it was worth the money spent.

The pain and discomfort that I had for months and just lived with was gone and day to day tasks became so much more enjoyable.

With the professional consultations on muscle care and recovery, I can now enjoy my running and golfing again.

The clinic is also very clean, well equipped located in a very convenient location with plenty of parking.

Their home call service for anyone living in Puncak Alam is also very affordable and worth it especially for older people like my mother.

Been to other place before I found out about Benphysio. Totally a whole different experience. Therapist are top notch! Very knowledgeable and gentle. Just throw any questions & concern, they’ll surely be able to answer you in no time.

Will consider this as my go to centre from now on!
