TREX Bike Park

Very good place for kids to learn cycle safely away from cars. My concern is saw some markings on damaged floors. Hopefully can properly cover or repair as soonest.

Used mountain bikes at priced between RM30-45, but encountered issues – some gears were faulty, causing a jerky ride as if the bike might fall apart. The seat was uncomfortably hard, leading to discomfort and soreness. Bikes appeared old, prone to chain issues, and seemed unattended without repairs or refurbishments as advertised. Needs improvement.

Went here last weekend, the scenery is very nice, just that the bicycle rental very expensive, if compared to others like taman botanic shah alam and taman botanic putrajaya. Rm 70 for 1 hour ride (4 seats bicycle)
Single bike also cost like rm30 to 40 per hour

We couldnt find the entrance back to the bicycle rental place, went around the whole park 2 to 3 times only managed to find the route back to rental place. They shld have make some signboard. 3 stars is max rating from my point of view🙏🙏🙏
The scenery is very nice honestly speaking

The place is very nice, and well maintained. The bikes are also in good conditions. Landscape maintenance is superb, and the view is very beautiful and clean. The only thing is, the price of the bike rental is too high for an hour. RM30 for an adult bike, and RM25 for a child bike. Puncak Alam is very far away from where I stay, I would rather visit some other sport centres with similar price range.

The vision of this place is really good and it will be hoped that the place will be properly maintained to ensure that no untoward incident will happen in the future as there are many kids enjoying biking and sometimes even walking around the TREX Bike Park.

As seen from the pictures, there are numerous areas with broken wooden planks where it can cause leg injury or even tripping while cycling or walking (small kids). There was even a dead bird that was lying unattended by the park’s facilities team.

Please ensure that the maintenance of the place is being upkept well to ensure safety of the children, especially.
