The WORST property management ever. The dryer already request to be fixed for 1 month and still not done. They did a minor fixing on the tiles and make the whole common area so dusty and not cleaned. Just leave it there. Pay the rental fees but not providing the official invoice. They deserve 0 stars.

Admin direct threaten me saying if I do not sending a photo of my access card helping to get the aceess card of another tenant back, then next time the admin would not help me if that happen to me.
Which this should be the job of the admin, not my job.

management is totally non-existent. everything have to deal with admin and they are only operating during working hours. agent provides ZERO after sales service. very inefficient multiway communication as tenants have no way to contact owner for any emergency purposes. they have a lot of hidden fees and will charge you for anything, but when it comes to their responsibility nothing is fixed or solved. every wear and tear in the unit will have to be paid by tenants by sharing among all tenants. this company is basically doing NOTHING to maintain the unit.
