Great experience given by the staff and the doctor are very professional at their job 10/10 would recommend 👍👍

came at 4.30am. clinic claimed to operate 24hours, but when we came, the person in charge prolly sleep and didnt open the door eventhough we already press the bell outside so many times. i know there is person inside since the aircond is on. next time dont state 24 hours if you cannot accept the customers in any time. really bad service👎🏻

First things first, service was exceptional. The staffs and doctor were incredibly polite and attentive.

My issues however, lie in the fact that I was forced to buy medications I didn’t want to, in order to get an MC. And they were not cheap. RM95 for consultation and medication, which is more than what I was expecting for a gastritis case.

I need to make it clear; that upon getting prescriptions, I refused to take some medications because I already have them, and I was explicitly told that I need to take 3 medications to qualify for an MC. I think that is borderline malpractice.

Again, I have no issues whatsoever with treatment or service. It’s just that thing which is probably the most important thing of all. So yeah. Sorry. Feel free to take this advice however you may like
