Qualitas Health Klinik Anis – Shah Alam

Anis Clinic Sec 2 has always been my favourite clinic. All the dr & staff are friendly & efficient. It’s also the clinic that operates 24hr, so convenient for in case of emergency.
My favourite dr is Dr Nair whom I know for over 30 years. Keep it up ANIS CLINIC!

Very talented and very fast no need for long que

The clinic was overall good—clean and well-maintained. The doctor was professional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The medicine prescribed suited me well. A decent experience overall.

I recently visited Klinik Anis and was attended to by Dr. Husna. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Dr. Husna appeared cold, unapproachable, and lacked the empathy expected of a medical professional.

I first brought my father in for a consultation. He was visibly unwell, but Dr. Husna simply stated that it was “nothing serious” without offering any thorough check-up or clear advice. The next day, his condition worsened, and we went to another clinic where he tested positive for influenza A. It was frustrating and upsetting to see his condition so casually dismissed.

Later, during my most recent visit to Klinik Anis for my own symptoms, Dr. Husna once again brushed things off and told me there was “nothing serious” about my sore throat. She did not offer any proper guidance or support. That same night, I had to visit another clinic near my office due to worsening discomfort, where I was diagnosed with a throat infection and was issued medical leave to rest. The contrast in care and professionalism was truly shocking.

In my honest opinion, Dr. Husna does not reflect the standards that Klinik Anis is known for. She lacks the empathy, warmth, and attentiveness that are crucial in patient care. However, I would like to commend the other doctors at Klinik Anis, especially Dr. Singh (who often wears pink), for their kindness, empathy, and professionalism.

I will continue to visit Klinik Anis when needed—but moving forward, I will make sure to request for a different doctor, as I do not wish to be seen by Dr. Husna again.

I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, as patient care should always come first.

This is a clinic i used to come to in the past. Used to provide good services.

Recently i went for my hajj check up it took them 1 1/2 hour to call me for my first check and no explanation given for the long wait.

I saw other patients waited for long too..

The longest medical check up i ever experienced. Hope they’ll take steps to improve.

But the doctor was really nice. She was soft spoken and patient with her explanation and thoughts.
