I had a wonderful experience at the clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Each of them greeted me with a warm smile that lasted all the way through my treatment. The doctor was equally kind and approachable, and I really appreciated how she took the time to let me use her stethoscope for educational purposes! (maybe sebab i was so confused on what is going on with my lungs and im a dramatic 21 year old 🤣🙈) but still, such a thoughtful and encouraging gesture. The clinic itself was spotless and well-maintained, which made the whole visit even more comfortable. Overall, it was such a positive and refreshing experience! oh and one of the staff members who prepared my nebulizer treatment was also very kind! she took the time to reassure me that it wouldn’t hurt cuz uh well like i said im a dramatic 21 year old 😝
