Taman Tasik Shah Alam (Tasik Tengah)

One of three man-made lakes in the heart of Shah Alam. It is surrounded by a beautiful park. Within the park area here, there is a large restaurant on stilts over the eastern portion of the lake. A picturesque arched pedestrian bridge lies at the other end of the middle lake. Wide walkways line the edge of the lake, allowing for visitors to perambulate, jog, stroll, or simply stand and admire the scenery. Mature trees provide ample shade to shelter from the sun. A bistro of sorts is found close to a man-made waterfall. Parking could be a problem. Very limited numbers.

Lovely blue mosque can be seen from here. Clean park and suitable for everyone to exercise and getting fresh outdoor air. There’s a few cafes that you can get a bite or drinks.
You can’t swim in the lake tho.

A really nice place for brisk walking, jogging or even small gathering. There are canopy walk, Taman Warisan Melayu and etc.

Good place for recreation. Jogging track of more than 5 km. On weekend, there are many recreational groups, such as Zumba and Tai Chi. On many occasions, official activities are also done around the lake area.

If you enjoy ziplining and boat ride accross the lake this is the place for you to pass your time and enjoy the nature. A good walk under the shades. Parking fee charges only on weekdays from 8am to 5pm. Not too crowded during weekend.
