    16/9: Minor oral surgery (mos) removed my horizontal wisdom tooth & upper most right tooth (extraction). Paid RM1167 in total.
    17/9: Fever (37.8) eventho took paracetamol & right face swollen (expecting swollen part but not the fever)
    18/9: Fever (38.2), face swollen unexpectedly, turned reddish, the swelling spread to my neck and under chin, pus formation on the lip inner part. Then I contacted this dental clinic, they asked to come before 2pm but i was visiting my brother in law in hospital in Rawang so can’t go. Then they set up appointment at 10am next day. They didn’t advise me what to do next if the condition getting worse. I showed picture of the pus and the admin not responded on the matter, she just asked whether i still got my pain killer and set next appointment to meet the dentist. Then bcos I cannot stand the pain anymore, I asked my dentist friend about my condition and he advised to go to hospital immediately as the infection already spread to my neck.
    19/9: Met the dentist, asked her why she didn’t gave antibiotics to me beforehand, she said she only give antibiotics to certain cases and mine was not that critical to her, so she didn’t gave (she explained more or less like this). Okay if that’s the case, i also asked her why the admin didn’t advised me to go to hospital if my infection worsen, why they left me hanging. And she replied ‘kalau worse case mmg kena pergi hospital’. I don’t even know the infection worsen bcos never experienced it before. This was my 2nd MOS, my previous MOS was okay, no pus just swelling. The dental clinic admin which i contacted thru WhatsApp should tell me what to do next. It’s okay if you guys close at 2pm on Sunday, but advised me properly on how I should handle my infection as it was spreading to my neck. And I said to the dentist, ‘you should improve on how you handle customer service’. Know what, neither the dentist nor those who at the reception, not one said sorry to me. The pain i endured the early 3 days and the 4 hours spent at Hosp Pusrawi KL ED (6pm – 10pm) just because I didn’t get my antibiotics & they didn’t advise me thoroughly.
    22/9: The admin whatsapped me to schedule next appointment. I said i’m okay, no need review anymore. If i need one, will seek other clinic’s service. Only then, she said ‘baik.. kami mohon maaf diatas segala kesulitan. semoga puan cepat sembuh’.

    Please improve your customer service. You need to handholding the customer (especially those who’ve undergone high risk treatment like mos etc) thru out the process. You should be asking me after 3 days of mos, follow up my condition etc. Also, dentist need to be transparent with patient, if you don’t give antibiotics, tell them in advance so that if the case worsens, the patient knows that she need antibiotics asap. Thank you. Gave you 1 star bcos i paid RM1167 for a lousy follow up service from your end.
