Dear KLINIK ALAM MEDIC PUNCAK JALIL,

Please perform a thorough checking and screening before appointing a locum doctor. If you conduct a simple investigation and act as a patient, you will understand further regarding this complaint.

This mistake can easily cost your clinic’s image and reputation. While many of the doctors there have been excellent, one particular locum Doctor LINGGHESH has been taking the shift/opportunity provided by the clinic for granted.

I could not describe all the wrongdoings here, but I could simply summarize that his consultation makes us doubt that he has been trained or even qualified to attend and treat patients. Probably, he just needs some extra money as a locum, but with no care and diligence in performing his tasks.

I have already lodged a report to the relevant authorities to further investigate and to request for an audit on the particular doctor. He is the type of doctor that can simply be the reason behind the medical negligences and dragging the clinic and the hospital that he is employed at.

Please relook at DR VANIISAA’s competency and knowledge as a GP doctor. I was having high fever, cough, flu and sore throat for few days. Went to Klinik ALAM Medic on Tuesday and seen another doctor on duty. His diagnosis was viral infection as my throat is red and no swollen tonsil. However, if the tonsil is swollen two days later, he will give me antibiotic as it’s a bacterial infection. On Thursday, went back to the Klinik but DR VANIISAA was on duty. Her diagnosis was to asked me to test for Covid and Influenza. I told her the other DR’s diagnosis few days back and she checked my throat. In 1 second, she said red and gave me antibiotic. So should I even take the antibiotic? Red = viral infection, not required to take antibiotic but DR VANISSA giving me antibiotic?

I have been visiting the Alam Medic Clinic since 2015 I got a panel from my company, and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The clinic is conveniently located, and there is ample parking available. The interior is clean, modern, and welcoming, which helped ease my anxiety about the visit.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient. They greeted me warmly and quickly checked me in. The waiting area was comfortable with plenty of seating, reading materials, and a TV. Despite being busy, the wait time was minimal. I also would like to mention Nurse Ira who is very smiley face. My gratitude to her.

As I am visiting the clinic 9 years now, all the doctors I have seen have actually treat me and gave a good consultation. Last year I visit again due some ilness, I met Dr. Vanissa who was incredibly professional and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. She thorough explanation of my condition and the treatment options available was reassuring.I really feel great that I know what to do after she explain to me so well and while I dindt know what to do about my sickness, my gratitude to her too.

The nurses were equally impressive, demonstrating care and expertise in their interactions.

Overall, Alam Medic – Puncak Jalil exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff’s professionalism, the clinic’s cleanliness, and the high standard of care made my visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical services.

They always have the best nurses/receptionist, who will actually guide you step by step on the entire process and are friendly unlike some other clinics with receptionist from neraka😂.

In terms of doctors/locum, they may seem too easy going but at the end of the consultation you will realize that they have actually thoroughly examined you. Responsible doctors, who you can certainly express or explain what you are going through. Been here once last year and once this year, and met with two different doctors, both were great.

I see other comments/reviews with biased race remarks, but to me, and from my experience, both my first Malay male doctor and Indian female doctors were great. Please don’t be so biased towards race, people, it is not about race and its about individuality! Its 2024 now, wake up.

Anyways, I would certainly recommend this clinic! Hats off to their entire team! A huge appreciation for their proper systematical procedures and processes.
