first time in my life that my parcel went missing. how do u guys work here?

I think it’s the worst courier service. Local shipping is also more than a week. 3 things arrived in hub on same day but only 1 was delivered and the others are still stuck there. If your service is like this, it’s better to shut down. Pls review and improve your service

No self collection available here, the only way to get ur parcel by yourself is wait till the parcel leave this warehouse, then u only can self collect! But the big problem is my parcel already stuck at here for more then 1 week, and is totally not moving! Called CS and wait for 10mins ONLY pickup, and say only can ask warehouse proceed my parcel ASAP, that’s all! Nothing we can do, just only wait and wait! I duno ABX rebranding for what, just a waste of time, nothing improve!!
And i never see a courier can close for CNY for 5 DAYS so long!!
Everytime deal with ABX is really a nightmare

systems no update any status and all parcel stuck here more than 1 week!

Have been waiting for them to collect my item for return on my online purchase since last week no response at all. 🥵🥵🥵
