Gated and guarded community. Quiet and well maintained surroundings. Pleasant place to live. Lots of present and upcoming amenities nearby.

Nice environment, well controlled and managed, need to get a qr code from the resident whom you want to meet. You can’t enter without invitation from the resident. But they need to put up signages as guides for visitors to get their way around this area, the houses and the roads seemed the same. You can’t simply park your car anywhere near to the house or make renovations outside your house. That makes this area look the same and people get lost just to get out of this area. But they have such beautiful scenery for photography.

Here for wedding photoshoot, parking is a big challenge for all who wanna picnic or visit here. Great ambience, nice architecture. Grab delivered our Starbucks efficiently even we’re In the middle of a roundabout. Haha.
