Very quiet place (yah, not fully occupied with residents yet). The design for type A quiet modest and minimalist. They have a modern English style design too along the way. As far as I know, they have Surau, gymnasium and very huge land for cycling, playground and maybe playing kites? Overall, this place is a new modern modest culture for everyone who likes minimalist style.
