Ayam Gepuk Top Global Puncak Alam

I dont know why there’s so many bad reviews but for me the taste are reasonable and good. The only thing the tauhu and tempe are sold out when we arrived and it was just around 12pm so quite dissapointed. Plus, the cleanliness can be improved. The sink area is dirty.

Physical setup inside the restaurant shows a mixture of modern and traditional aspects. A good place to have lunch with friends and family. In terms of food, I’d say the prices are reasonable. Taste wise, my experience was okay. Well cooked fried chicken, adequate portion of rice, and nice sambal. It’s just that, their ‘extra spicy’ sambal ain’t that extra for me. Spicy indeed, but not that spicy. Overall, I think they have taken customers’ feedbacks into consideration and improved their service.

Just straight to the point, food was superb, place slight cozy, (some of fan cant turn on), but waiting time for drinks today is so late. Only order 4 cold water and 1 ice tea, almost finish my meal then drinks served. Wathung the staff are chit chatting at drinks counter. I hope the drinks can come first before the food. And everything was fine.

Food is fast delivered.. sambal gajus memang sedap.. been here few times.. unfortunately the services is not that friendly.. come alone with my kids carrying my infants standing for quite some time and in the end they wont let me sit cause i didnt tell them that i want to dine in.. no one come to me and ask also..so for first timer, bare in mind that table is very limited and need to tell your name at the counter to get the table like five star restaurant.. this is not inform by the staff nor instruction at the entrance.. i ended up having lunch at other restaurant more convenience to me..

I am bamboozled by this outlet.

1. Food is terrible – I’ve tried about 7 different Top Global outlets and this outlet is so far behind in the quality of food they produce. Dry chicken, tasteless peanut sauce and hard gizzards(literal stone).

2. Unprofessional staffs – Very rude and treat customers like robot. I’ve seen multiple people reviewing the same and replied by this oulet “copy-pasting” the same thing. Seems like the management does not care about their customers. It has been years since customers started reporting their staffs intolerable attitude but they don’t do anything about it.

3. Ambiance – Very loud and hot. I don’t think they service their air-conditioning.

Overall, I would highly not recommend this outlet and will never return again even if this review receives a reply from them.
