BeqBeq Steamboat & Grill – Puncak Alam

1. Food was okay but not much of variety but the seafood was not fresh. The ice cream was so hard that it cannot be scooped.

2. Nothing much to say about the service because it was a buffet. You pay at the counter then a staff will put the soup on the table. That’s it.

3. Atmosphere wise, too dark for me. Feels like there’s not enough lighting in the shop.

The most important think to me was cleanliness. The glass door and wall was so dirty that you can see handprints everywhere.
Some of the plates and cups were still wet and some were not properly clean.
I hope they can improve on this.

I would have given 5 stars if the payment process was smoother. Food choices were reasonable. The bbq were well-marinated and seafood were fresh. I particularly loved that they have white coffee, milk tea and milo on top of carbonated drinks. Staffs were very attentive, friendly and efficient. I will happily recommend this place to family and friends and I definitely will revisit!

was pleasantly surprised on how good the food was i really like each marination. there were defferent type of sauces too (dont expect sukiya kind of sauces tho), drinks, ice cream, croffle for dessert. the premium set includes unlimited duck crab tiger shrimp (?) etc, worth it imo. my only complaint is abt how uncomfy the place is. the place isnt an open air one so the smoke was kinda trapped and since it was quite crowded we were sweating a lot despite the ac

So far good for gathering here, we having iftar Ramadhan in 2024 the food overall great with the price, got prayer room but very small, and got 4 type of flavor sup and grill style bbq, the food stock are always been topup so please get only the you want eat because other will do the same for bbq style in Malaysia.

Nice place with a reasonable price. Ample food & snack options. We went there for a late lunch between 3:30-6:00 pm.

Great foods & grills, no time limit even though staying there for 2 hours is more than enough.
