Hello, all orders were good. Got new promos aswell. But we were told the ice cream machine was broken. There was a salted caramel sundae promo, but sadly we cannot taste it. BK please fix this, thanks !!!

The very reason we went there for breakfast is because it’s clean compare the other other fast food outlet nearby. Fries freshly fried and good value burger. Could be better if they maintain the puffy burger like the previous one. Probably due to cost factor. Would be ideal if they can make to order instead of precooked since not so crowded. Frontlinera ok but could be better if they quickly clean up the table. Saw a senior sleeping at one corner. I don’t think it’s a good practice.

🍟 is cold, no even warm. The banana pie is hot. Not crowded during lunch time.

Good spot to have fast food over Puncak Alam, low crowd and clean. Suggest to fix few things like do seriously GOV SOP during this pandemic, Upgrade their quality of food, make more comfortable way for dine in customer and little be upgraded on staff professionalism.
