6/4/24 – Booked at 2pm. Arrived at 7pm. Meal still not ready at 1940. Sorry not accepted this kind of service level for chef zubir restaurant standard. Just serve drink without any date or desert to break the fast.

Price : Okay but a bit pricey 😌
Ambiance : Phenomenal & amazing 🤩👍🏻
Decoration (interior/exterior) : Great but the space a bit cramp 😎☝🏻

Ordered Daily Fresh Market Fish. It’s good but to me it’s a bit expensive because it’s just fish with a small portion of rice served with curry sauce, bean sprouts. My opinion is to add a bit more gravy on fish because it’s a bit dry after eating 😅 But Wild Mushrooms killed me 😉👍🏻 It is so delicious 👍🏻

My nephew ordered Japanese Yakudon but it was a bit off taste compared when you are having it at Japanese Restaurant.

Well, overall to me is just fine 👍🏻 Total bill, RM 180.84 for 3 meals + 2 drinks. Sadly, payment by Cash & Bank Transfer because the card terminal faulty 😅☝🏻 Price matters 😉✌🏻

We came quite late and were fussy about the seating. However , the waiters, all of them were profesional enough and really attend to our needs. We had a big dinner . Nachos was divine, except such a small portion in comparison to the price.Wagyu burger was okay but the bun was not up to standard too soft and easily crumbled. Oyama was ok..soup was too salty. We had squid ink spagetti, not that great but ok. Bali fried rice was good , nicely balance. Portion for main dishes were quite satisfying, can be shared. Drinks were all good, i had 2 glasses of watermelon lychees because they made it as i requested. Downside, too many dishes were not available.
Recommended and definitely will go back.

But the food, its constant across franchise – equally bad. No bad intentions just constructive criticism.
Wayyyy overpriced over some mediocre food. Example:
1. this small nachos (rm20+) does not have the avocados or the pico de gallo they claim to have.
2. carbonara (which is just a cream carbonara), is extremely salty.

no hate, or anger i hope you dont put any of your workers in trouble. just for you to improvise.
