the bad service !! No body pick up the call , order the pizza through apps food panda , almost 1 hour waiting the food .. call domino puncak alam need to know how long the food can delivered . but no body pick up .. please laa improve your service . Your side limit the tracking order , then not pick up the call .. so what your side can expect we as customer know what time the food can delivered ?

Ahh I was reading the bad reviews and then the delivery guy came. It took less than half an hour for my order! I am so happy 😄

Can’t say much about the atmosphere as I didn’t dine there. Opted for delivery. The delivery was more than an hour late. Ordered at 5.55 pm. Arrived around 7.10 pm. Called customer service plenty of times and got directed to the store but no staff picked up the phone.

Look, I get it if you’re swamped with a lot of customers. Just pick up the phone and notify the customer. Or perhaps call the customer and let us know that you’re going to be late.

Communication matters.

Clean and comfortable restaurant. Ideal for families with children. Superb pizzas. Good service by staffs

Order delivery but end up have to pick up by myself.

Being under staff is the usual excuse i guess.
Read a lot of reviews. I’m not the only one with bad experience with this joint.

dont think they’ll improve. its only logical to avoid this place
