Hardcover Cafe @ Eco Grandeur

Satisfied with the foods, service and ambience. My daughter also love their carbonara. Will repeat to dine in.

Ordered 5 items all of it is dissapointing.
1.fries and chicken nuggets were undercook. Imagine my kid biting into a raw chicken meat. We had to send it back to the kitchen and no apology was made ,just the cook smiled and made a little laugh? Like whats so funny? Salmonela infection?
2. Beef Tomyam and Seafood Tomyam bihun soup. It was served in claypot but the taste is not tomyam. It tasted like a very sweet paprik. Even the soup was very thick like they put in too much cili sauce. Ugh camt event eat them
3. Chicken burger. The portion is very small, my little sister finished it in 4 bites. But this was the most expensive item from my order.

When payment wise i complained to tje cashier,again no apology made at all. They just deduct some discount under “kitchen error” . Very very dissapointing. Paid more than a hundred for this. Client crisis management was very bad. The drink is very expensive too. You had to pay MYR1 for a glass of water (not even bottled water) . When at this era restaurant give plain drinks for free.

Employees are very bad in customer service. If you are going to apologise in the reply for this review,you are too late.

The shop owner was incredibly kind and accommodating when we encountered a small issue, generously helping me out. If you enjoy cafes with charming interiors, it’s an ideal spot for your next Instagram shot. As for the food, the pizza was delightful with its fluffy, soft crust reminiscent of focaccia bread. Although the cakes looked tempting, we were too full to try them. Students should consider visiting, as they offer a discount.

Ordered the smoked duck pasta and mushroom beef pizza. Loved both food, the only con would be the duck pasta is abit too oily. Offered free cake, chocolate peanut butter. Enjoyed it very much, highly recommended. would come back again

I have been here for the first time and eaten the meal outside of the cafe. The food takes time to serve and it took 10-15 minutes for the food to arrive at my table. The long black which is RM10 came first and then 5 minutes later came the fries which the price is RM11. A bit pricey for me yet the fries are large. For the fries, I thought the staff will serve with the sauce. Then, I took my initiative to ask at the counter for the sauce. If only, the staff that serve me with the fries had OFFERED me by informing me to take sauce inside of the cafe. This cafe boasts with a beautiful design. Overall, great cafe but takes time to serve me with fries and coffee. My FEEDBACK is I hope the staff treat every CUSTOMER as a new customer that doesn’t know anything about the cafe.
