Hillpark

New township nearby to puncak alam. The area is between sungai buluh district and kuala selangor. In this township have a few sub taman in this area. Nearby to UiTM Hospital and it will be a new hub at this area.

Regret moving to this side of town in so many ways. Despite affordable house prices, the traffic congestion from highways leading here is so stressful (jam is like you’re in KL) during peak hours, there’s limited/awful vendor choices on grab and foodpanda ( almost no vegetarian food). Every journey is atleast an added 40 minutes of driving to actually get to urban areas. It’s depressing here when it comes to covenience. No maybank except a packed CDM+ATM at Petronas, no cinemas. Only development here for the past 2 years was a new Jaya Grocer and Eco Labs which gets super crowded cause people have no place to hang out, some parts of the roads are widened and thats about it. Things are changing but slowly. Maybe invest in property here and move in like 5 years later and save yourself the trouble.

Hillpark is a new housing township that yet to mature. Hope increasing population will bring more amenities to the place. Need to improve public transport in the area very soon to connect hillpark to Shah Alam very soon. Heavy traffic jam can be axle ted in early peak hours.

Keep the Bukit Cherakah reserve as it is. Please.

this is a good, nice and more securef place at puncak alom. there is making new many house. so interested to buy a new house, that people can choose this place.
