New hospital with spacious parking lot. Got many convenience store and coffee shop at the lobby.

For the service, i would say since it is a new hospital, they lack of experience on how to handle situation and also got many practical student doing their studies.

New hospital. So far the price and service are the things what people are raving about. The room, we were lucky to get single room, was only RM80 per night. That is including food, towels and hospital clothes. We were charged for specialist room visitation too. The medication is not lowered compared to other hospitals. But the ER treatment was also relatively affordable for lower and middle income groups. I just hope they can sustain the business with these low crazy prices.

Obygn check up takes forever! Registration counter is fast but waiting for doctor to call you number takes ages! Government hospital and even government clinic system are faster and more efficient, kinda of disappointed. Only plus point is that the hospital is pretty new so the facilities are well keep and comfortable.

Hi some experience i had after bringing my wife here.

Me and my wife had to wait almost 1 hour to collect allergic medicine card that already had been told by Hosp to collect. JUST COLLECT NOT HAVING CONSULTATION. Then, my wife asked to the counter and he said ” Tak tahu la kenapa dorang lambat sangat”. The answer is not helping us after waiting almost 1 hour. That day my wife had a headache and she needed rest. So we told the counter we come next time. really poor service.
