Extremely stupidly super slow service. When we came at 7.30pm, the place was literally empty but took us more than an hour just to see the doctor. Wasted our time. Never again will we come here again.

I recently had to stay at Hospital Umra…following a C-section surgery, and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. The nurses were always available to answer questions and provide comfort, the doctors were clearly knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. My experience was truly positive, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Hospital Umra to anyone needing medical care.”

I recently gave a caesarean birth at UMRA Hospital. Overall i am very satisfied with the services and support gave by doctors and nurses here. The process was smooth and professional. The delivery team was so supportive throughout the process.

If only i have to comment here is about their facilities. They should provide their own warded uniform (with front button) for patient and also toiletries. The rest is good for me. Definitely will recommend this hospital to others. 🙂
