Hotel UiTM Puncak Alam

A nice and quiet place to stay for visitors who came to UiTM Puncak Alam, it is a training hotel with limited rooms and service but good in-room facilities and amenities, food available nearby, no room service provided.

The hotel is located in the Faculty of Hotel Management and Toruism itself on Level 4. Limited number of rooms. Check in only available during office hours (8 till 5). At night, no staff will be around. can be quite lonely and scary eventhough all the lights are kept on throughout the night. noisy due to the birds that like to hang out near the roof on level 5. 3 star for the room that is kept clean and really spacious. Suitable for group booking.

student should been offered lower price. RM 100 pernight is kinda expensive, when there is no interesting places or view. the view from my room is the faculty for god sakes.room service is great

Check in for 5 days 4 nights
1. First day call the receptionist complaining regarding unavailable wifi. No one coming event been informed many times
2. The air-conditioning are too cold event been adjusted
3. Have to walk far from parking area tu hotel(just imagine walk with big luggage to hotel)
4. No microwave to reheat our food (restaurant quite far from this hotel) if we buy food for dinner in lunch hour how to reheat?

The new hotel was really big and comfortable. I had one that is like an appartment style with 2 rooms + living and dining area +kitchen. It cost less then 200. The only weakness is that sometimes there wont be any one on the lobby desk on any random hours,so you need to make the appointment.
