Best Real Estate agency….easy to deal with them….very helpful and their teams have good knowledge about real estate

Agent Jeff Ng from IQI Realty did not come or answer the call even he agreed the appointment @ 14.00 on 6th March. What a shame to have a agent like him!!!
Only sent app after 3 hours to tell me that the owner will contact me.

I had to reschedule as my class had been rescheduled during the supposed visit. I gave ample notice, but this agent, Mr. Azri Hasan, was extremely disrespectful.

He spam-called me in class, spam-messaged me, and then began critiquing me for not answering or messaging while I was in class. I then proceeded to call his number after class, as he had called with another number. He said he needed to confirm the timing for a visit around 4:30. The following day, he messaged me with a “friendly reminder” for a visit at 2.

A message to Mr. Hasan: sometimes there are situations where clients can’t control their schedule. There is no sense of understanding that clients have their own commitments.

Absolute joke. If you had acted more maturely in the beginning, I would have been obliged to come and even make a deal.
