  1. If you want to come here if you have small children, there must be 2 adults, one with the child and one to park the car. Phone coverage mistakenly has no line, it’s good to use the wifi provided. There are patients and relatives who do not wear face masks and cough. There is a water machine but there are visitors who dirty the chairs until they are dry and not cleaned, even a small trash can is outside. Ma man seems to lack empathy with emo faces all the time and communication is not clear. Lps covid test, not sure if it’s finished yet. If you want to change to another carer, the question is not answered, it’s just repeated by one carer even though there are only 2 patients in the yellow zone. Compared to women, they help push the patient’s wheelchair compared to men who let the patient’s caregiver support the child all the time without offering a wheelchair.

  2. Suffered fever and mild pneumonia and came here because it’s the nearest to where I live. And I’m so glad to discover the quality of services here! Triage was immediate and I was wheeled off to the Immediate Care Zone (IC). Everything was fast and efficient, including the blood test, nebulizer, intravenous antibiotics, x-ray etc. The fever disappeared and the doctor, after a few hours observation, was satisfied enough to let me go home with medication to take. And the bill was just RM129! After my previous experiences at private hospitals, this is essentially nominal for what I received.
