For neutering a female cat it was rm140, and for a male cat rm90. Overall, doctor’s friendly and explains diagnosis well, prices are reasonable and parking is easy( in front of clinic)

Went here for countless times since 2019. I adopted and rescued cats from various places since 2018. Actively came here since 2019. My first impression was Dr Farhana is very friendly. She handles the cats gently and make them feel secured. She welcomes stray cats with disheveled appearance without degrading them. She would even clean up their nose and eyes discharge if there is 😊

As Puncak Alam only has one vet clinic before the opening of a new “premium” vet clinic @ Eco Grandeur, this was my go-to clinic.

The vet charges are considered the lowest among others! Fyi, the consultation fees are always RM0. You only need to pay for the procedures & medication.

The price for medication was also cheap & affordable compared to other clinics.

In 2019, I brought a kitten (around 2 months in which I found lost in front of my house) and had its eye removed (eye enucleation). The overall cost was only RM400 (medication, procedure, ward etc..)

Went there countless times to remove abscess & the doctor treated them so well 🤍🤍
Ever since that, I have been going there more frequently as I rescued more cats.

The Dr is very informative and is pleasant to answer any of your doubts.

The Dr is also very understanding and never gave you any bad remarks nor downgrade you when it comes to financial aid issue for the cats. She even gave you suggestions and is very considerate.

She even asked me to just contact them if I were to get any quotations for fund. They are really understanding & helpful.

Ambience-wise, since the space of the clinic is quite small, during peak hours the cats parents need to wait either in the car or stand at the waiting hall.

Cosy-wise, it is much better as they have made enhancements to the waiting hall.

My one and only suggestion is that, I hope this branch will upgrade much more advanced technology such ad x-ray, ultrasound service etc..

It would be much easier for cats parents in Puncak Alam to get a thorough check-ups there.

Overall, I am a satisfied client and cats parent!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Affordable pet care. But what I was so impressed is they didn’t push product. If something they offer doesn’t fit for your pet’s need they will recommend buying at nearby pet shop, instead of lying and insists you to buy theirs. I give 5 star for that.

Friendly staff, amazing vet. Handled my two kittens with compassion & empathy during their first ever vet trip. Answered questions in a truly friendly manner. Charges are reasonable too.
