bad service. check up with dr thurai. not friendly or caring, didnt ask further about my health conditions. didnt provide any advices. refused to provide medicine that i requested. very rude doctor. not recommended and definitly wont come back here.

I dont know why with the nurses at this clinic. I had faced twice with the clinic which they taking long time to give medicine after the consultation which took almost one hour which there is only 3 patients only. One of the nurse who had done coloured hair shout at me because i didnt see the tv monitor which the tv monitor does not give any sound or bell when the doctor calls me and also when im doing the payment(im using company medical card) which requires me to pay rm10. I give her rm 100 she just asked me x de 10 ringgit ke in rude manner. Pls improve ur customer service as patient requires some kindness as they are sick. There is another thing also i saw an uncle who is unable to walk and there is no one in the clinic who assisted him to go the doctor room or when he come out of the clinic. They just staring at him walking (excuse me do u guys thinking he is a baby who jut started walking). In the end i went and help that uncle. I hope this text reach the clinic higher management and take good actions to improve ur customer service.tq.
