Very happy with the service! 🥰 I texted the staff for slot booking & she replied very nicely. She even sent me reminder during the actual day. Dr Seri is so nice & gave me good explanation & consultation 👍🏻Worth every penny ❤️

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MIDNIGHT CONSULTATION. Go elsewhere! The female doctor and receptionist, they are not helpful at all! I went in to seek relief from an unbearable discomfort I experienced around that time. No body checks, procedure done at all! Only verbal consultation when I told the doctor the symptoms I had, she began spewing out generic medical advice that I already know based on my medical history. I asked for any way to relieve my pain, and she just kept repeating no more medicine. She was so rude as if i just woke her up from sleep, and she was so scary as if she was going to start a fight with me. (Remember your hippocratic oath Dr., and dont be on duty when you’re that sleepy) The receptionist is also not that fluent in English. I decided to go to another clinic right after that. Consultation fee is rm65 after midnight. Rm55 for normal hours.

Dr Seri was very professional, didn’t push for too many medicines, asks whether we already have the medications she intend to prescribe, attend to our health issues one by one, had a thorough consultation. Waiting time was quick. Clinic was clean. Recommended for women & child & general family health as well.

Truly unprofessional and inconvenient. My partner registered at the counter to get his dressing changed post surgery. Then, the clinic made us wait AN HOUR. FOR NOTHING. AN HOUR. In the end we were told that the doctor is feeling unwell, can’t help with the dressing. Could’ve saved us some time and told us upfront that the doctor is unable to attend to us right? Seriously. Disappointing. Please do better.
