Klinik Desa Puncak Alam

I had been calling the klinik to set appointment for my son as we just transferred to puncak alam. For past one week the phone keep on ringing but no one answered. As a government servant myself I’m very frustrated with their service.

First time I’m giving 1 star.. I already called and postponed appointment for my son.. But the staff nurse was scolded my mom and show face to her.. My mom is a old lady and can talk nicely right.. Is it coz we are Indian u treated her like that.. Why no one missed their appoiment? Please behave nicely to patient and people too. Tq

Sy patient yg bukan asal dari Puncak Alam. Sy ni transfered dari sek19. Today is my depo shot @ 2pm but i had to change the time last minute and the nurse told me from my last visit that i will just have to call the clinic and tell them that i’m changing my timeline. But,their phone just kept on ringing and it’s ald 8+am. And when i got through,they hung up on me. Isn’t it rude to hung up on a caller who is a patient?

Called to follow up regarding my appointment date, suddenly i got scolded saying “i will call you later, i already told you your appointment date on ****” . The fact that i never received another call/information regarding my appointment date on that day. Rude, no apologies from the staff.

a doctor from another clinic refered my dad to come to this clinic for dressing wound procedure.. my dad came to this clinic back & forth since friday, tuesday,even today wed 18/9/24 still the clinic is not open.. i guess this clinic is already close frorever. the working hours stated was not true! waste time, waste petrol,waste money. he was already sick yet, need to be patient about this. 😪
