Had a sebacious cyst removed here and daily dressing for more than two weeks. It has been a wonderful experience and service. Thank u Dr. Geetha and kudos to the nurses Shamyutha, Agnes, Pawitra and Siti. Always happy with the service and extra care with my dressing.

Dr Geetha is very professional in dealing with her patients. Her nurses are helpful as well. I am happy with the service provided to me during my visit to the clinic.

I personally think that the doctor didn’t try to figure out what was wrong or source of issue and just wanted to prescribe me with meds. It was rather rushed with not many questions asked. I would expect to have an informative conversation with the doctor to have any sort of clues or hypothesis regarding the issue as compared to my usual experience with clinics. That being said the doctor and staff were not rude to me but it just felt I was rushed out of there with no ease of mind.

Totally FED UP with this branch. 3 times visit, 0 time consultation.

I visited this branch for skin specialist consultation. On the first visit, it was weekend. Then, the receptionist informed us to visit on weekdays as the skin doctor will only be available then.

So, we went again on Monday. Yet, we were not able to get consultation as it was public holiday. Which, only couple of days ago that the receptionist told us to come on weekdays. With no disclaimer that the doctor will be unavailable during public holiday.

Today, my wife took annual leave from work with the sole purpose of visiting this skin doctor. Once we arrived, guess what? The doctor is again unavailable! Because according to the receptionist, the doctor just gave birth.

“Next time can call before you come”. Wow! What a brilliant suggestion from the incompetent receptionist. Wouldn’t it be much easier if she had told us this on the first place?

This review is not pointed towards the doctor as we did not get a chance to meet at all. But this is for the ridiculous and unacceptable service by the receptionists.

Dr.Geeta is not only a skilled professional but also compassionate. I felt genuinely cared during my first visit for my daughter’s eczema. Dr.Geeta provided clear explanation and took the time to address my concern and made follow up on my daughter’s skin after a few days. Thank you for your wonderful service.
