Klinik Dr. Muiz Seri Pristana 24 Jam

My husband went to the clinic today early in the morning for allergies. Everyone was sleeping he pushed the bell twice and Muhammad Shahrol, a doctor let him in. It was in the morning my husband was still sleepy, he forgot to take off his shoes, the same doctor told him to take off his shoes rudely. While in the treatment room, he gave my husband unpleasent feeling and attitude and guess what? He mentioned again about the shoes “next time be aware a lot of clinics now needs to take off shoes”. This was the first time we came here, surely will be the last. Not recommended. Maybe dont offer 24 hours service if you just gonna be rude to patient? Go home and sleep.

Staff Klinik Muiz macai2 kaunter was super rude! Terutama the lady pakai spec. I think jer mother didnt educate her. Dr Muiz, look , i have observed 3 times from my visit that your registration countrr was super rude. Dont you think it will tarnish ur clinic?

I went there for my migraine; my head was about to explode. I was aware that I could use my company medical card. However, when I arrived at the clinic, they told me that my medical card couldn’t be used. I was still okay with that since I could pay, but the way they told me was very rude. They were shouting at me and speaking in a very loud voice, which I found unacceptable. You are treating patients, so be kind and nice to everyone. My second time experience this…

I’m here to accompany my friend to see the doctor, so I can’t speak to the doctor’s handling of patients directly. However, from a visitor’s point of view, the clinic is clean, comfortable, and cozy. There are plenty of waiting areas, TVs, and a section for kids to play. It would be even better if they provided a water filter for visitors. Overall, it’s a very nice clinic. Highly recommend.

Great lady doctor. Took the trouble to explain in details of my trouble. Gave me good, useful advices to prevent reoccurrences. The clinic is neat, tidy , clean. It is decorated with flower theme. If young kids, below 5, were to visit, they would love the setup. As for adults, while waiting for your turn, just look at the clock, “keep calm , and carry on”. Cool right.recommended 👍👍👍👍👍👍✨✨✨✨
