KLINIK FATHIYA CLINIC PUNCAK ALAM

Went to this clinic to take 2nd dose of flu vaccination for my daughter by chance, as the original clinic that provide the 1st jab told us that they don’t have stock for flu vaccine and asked us to come next week. I was like-You already gave us the appointment date and then you said, no stock? Lol. Luckily, Fathiya’s clinic just nearby and we didn’t waste time any longer to complete the 2nd dose. Dr Fathiya was very attentive to my daughter and cheerful enough that she kept saying i love that Dr, she’s nice. Dr clearly know how to tackle young children. Price wise, it is affordable and very good with the offered services. Got my mom done some gynaecology examinations also, it went well and satisfied with the explanation and the quality of the findings. Definitely will come again.

Dr. Fathiya is very friendly and soft-spoken. She provides clear explainations for each question. Plus, she is very experienced. Their staffs are also very kind. Has space for kids to play during waiting time. What I like the most is the availability of the doctor. They open at 8am-11pm, even you come at 7pm, the doctor is there. Doctor do not leave the clinic during break. I was really satisfied during my visit. Definitely, will repeat! ❤️

Very lurve this clinic! Love how kind and nice the doctor. Her explaination and her skills in handling me as a patient. She’s very soft spoken too! The ambience of the clinic is very nice. Would love to visit again!

It was a pleasant experience during my first visit with my son who sustained a minor injury due to accidental fall.

Dr. Kamariah is friendly and very comforting while attending to my son. The clinic ambience was very nice and calming.

The 5 stars rating on Google Review seriously didn’t lie. We were first timer here, randomly selected this clinic found on Google with 5 stars and decided to give it a try. As soon as you entered, every single thing about this clinic is tiptop. Very entertaining, helpful and caring desk staff, there were 2 of them and both welcomed us kindly and talked to us with a friendly vibe. No scene of staff main phone while working. They rly were doing a great job. Waiting area is cozy packed with toys and play area for kids, they even have pantry with snacks! Most valuable for me is the open baby diaper changing area. Most needed as coincidentally, our baby pooed, and we didn’t bring any diaper changes. So there is a diaper changing area provided with wet wipes and also pampers of all sizes ! So thoughtful! The sink is just beside so its easy and you don’t have to walk into the washroom just to wash your hand. We were already very happy and when we see Dr Fathiya, lagi lah best! She’s a very attentive doctor, not only being a doctor but also a carer, talking with baby with a sweet and motherly tone. Overall, truly recommended, we love it here and will definitely return our visit. BEST klinik ibu dan anak.
