Klinik Shafa

Went for thyphoid injection. Registration was super fast. Waited not even 5 mins doctor asked when last injected. Explain in details. Masa cucuk pun very soft je doktor say sorry ya cucuk. Tiba tiba ehh dah siap. Not pain at all. Not even 5 mins report thyphoid certificate siap. Will definitely repeat this clinic for sure. Recommended those who staying around puncak ALAM gais. 5 star for this clinic !

Nurse was very friendly and kind.
Unfortunetly the Locum doctor assigned during my visit was very rude and impolite. He is from Hospital Klang specialist in O&G. (according to him). Hence understandable why he is acting th way he is. But he should understand that once he is working in the private sector (walaupun sementara) he should know what type of service ppl are expecting. I have never experience such rude doctor in any of my visits to private clinic. Esp now that i am pregnant.There is a clear line between tegas dan biadap. But i did lodge my complain to Dr Lily and they acknowledge it as well apologies for this unfortunet event. She is very professional.

My unwell husband came at night, with headache and high BP. Female doctor gave my husband some medicines, but when he asked for MC to rest the next day, she declined it, saying that he will recovers the next day. Ingat orang suka suka ke mintak MC? Dah lah memang unwell. Went to another clinic, terus Dr suruh rehat jangan stress2 kerja.

I went to the doctor for my finger injury, and unfortunately, a male doctor was on duty who seemed unsure of what to do. My finger was severely swollen and had turned blue-black, but all he did was prescribe some medication and ask me to give it a try. He did laughed for no reason. Honestly, no words. What a waste of time.

Will never go back again if Doctor Lily was not around

I recently visited the clinic with my grandmother for her muscle pain, and unfortunately, Dr. Shazril was quite rude. When my father and I tried to explain her symptoms, he interrupted and insisted on only listening to the patient, disregarding our input entirely. This dismissive attitude made us feel unheard and frustrated. However, the nurse was very friendly and compassionate, making my grandmother feel comfortable despite the poor experience with Dr. Shazril.
