Disappointment on Every Level: A Mismanaged Appointment and Why I Wouldn’t Recommend

Bad experienced, for child not recommend go this clinic. My child got overdose paracetamol.

Please check your service. Check your Dr punya kelayakan before jadi Dr. Servis sangat teruk. Kejadian baru lagi, 28/5/23 Ahad. Dr perempuan free hair, looks like baru graduate je. before check patient boleh main phone then tak check pun my wife punya blood pressure and oxygen. Where’s the SOP? Even before, during and after scan pun no consultation from the Dr. I’m healthcare worker from private hospital. You didn’t do the SOP. I know lah. Dah lah harga mahal. Klinik x friendly. Consultation charge RM35. Imaging RM55. Total RM90. Not even worth it. For the mother yang first time pregnant nak check area puncak alam. Go for klinik ajwa puncak alam. Dr sangat lah friendly + harga more cheaper. Dr pun berpengalaman n bukan fresh graduate punya Dr. Soft spoken je Dr tu. RM76 only for scan & consultation at Klinik Ajwa. The clinic also new n sangat selesa. Staff also more friendly and helpful. Thanks. Never go to klinik siti again. Not good.

I went to the clinic (klinik Siti Puncak Alam-near to kfc) on 23.12.2023 for 2D scan..suprisingly the indian girl doctor (wearing spec) told me that image not clear so cannot print the image. However clininc did charge me for full price (90+35) then asked me to come again.. 8weeks pregnancy cannot see?? Nonsense!! This is my third pregnancy, previously scan at other clinic so far ok. Close your clinic if your doctor is not qualified!!

Went to the clinic for my daughter’s tummy ache, was informed doctor doesn’t do any consulting or medication on stomachache for children. Left the clinic and was given consultation and medication at another clinic. Quite disappointed with the experience as my child was in tears due to tummy ache and got such a shameful advise by the counter. Never going here again.
