Kota Bridge

It is currently in a state of disrepair. This is due to the ongoing construction of the LRT3 line and the Klang LRT3 Station next to the old double decker bridge. The old bridge is open to pedestrians and two wheeled vehicular traffic only. Although, passable, it seems a dangerous trip across the Klang River. Hopefully, once the LRT3 is ready, the old bridge will be repaired and make it a tourist attraction once again.

An old bridge that used to connect the people from South Klang. Many memories here though now days we seldom use it but still there are numerous people who go for breakfast around the corner of the bridge. And there is a large mural painting under the new bridge by 99 SpeedMart.

Got nearby mamak stall, with nice nasi kandar, cendol & crispy chicken & fried fish. Also got kari kepala ikan.

And this bridge will bring memory lane to those who know and live in Klang, the old bridge namely Jambatan Kota

The new bridge is still not open to motor traffic (as in end of July 2023). With a new mettaled surface.

One of the legendary place , lots of moments flowing each time I walk on this bridge, lots of unforgettable memories there
