Dr. Tan Yeen Inn is undoubtedly a very professional gynecologist. However, her overly serious and strict attitude during prenatal check-ups made both my husband and me feel quite pressured. While professionalism is important, a more approachable and reassuring manner would have made the experience more comfortable for expecting parents. Because of this, I didn’t feel at ease choosing her to handle my delivery.

Additionally, as parents, it’s completely normal to want to see our baby’s face during an ultrasound—it’s a special moment that many families look forward to. However, the doctor refused to allow this, which was quite disappointing. A little more flexibility and understanding in this aspect would have made the experience more memorable and enjoyable.

I am sincerely grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Vijay Soni, the ENT specialist at KPJ Selangor, during my treatment for a right ear infection. The staff were kind and professional, and the doctor made the treatment process comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service!
