The new installed Traffic Light causing 10x traffic JAM! Bodoh betul. The roads were bad to begin. Main road for this section needed improvement for years, single lane + bridge problem, but Nothing done. Somemore make it so much worse with traffic light that’s suppose to improve things. Jam now happens most of the day

Among the worst developers in Klang Valley. Poor township and road planning for residents. Buy at your own risk.

Sorry to say this, all your work from houses to the plan outside the housing area is super LOUSY…. You build lousy houses and sell to people. Once people move in they have to face so many repairs and you can obviously see what’s happening in Puncak alam. Super lousy

I am very disappointed with your LBS developer. I bought your house in PUNCAK ALAM (RITMA PENDANA) for my first home in my life. I regretted it so much. I have to pay 5 months of management fees before I even got the keys. What is the rule? There are many other things that I won’t tell you. The more I think about it, the angrier I get. Now I have checked the keys and found many places leaking. There is a hollow in the ground, the toilet is leaking, and the electricity route is wrong. The more I look, the more problems I find. Why can you all do this? It’s not like we didn’t pay. The most outrageous thing is that our home is still under warranty, so you helped us fix those problems for free. At that time, you said it would take 30 days to fix all our problems, but now you can’t do it. I handed over the keys on June 13th last year, and you returned the keys to me 30 days later on July 14th, and you still haven’t fixed it for me.
