Distance way too far to town, estimate 2 hours if you work downtown kl. Jam begins from mokthar dahari daily, you’d be in pain arriving at the office wished you never came to Norton
Lots truckers, narrow sudden close to gap roads
Bad local drivers, always the ladies in hijab are in accidents along the roads.
Developer sold unit marked as paradise however, do note that average semi dees has water pressure issues, bungalows are provided pumps but presents different leak issues, a friend renovated her entire unit to her horror water was found piling under as they removed marble
Piping system when dug out lots issues, must be done by those Indon or Bangla workers unsupervised
Sun is shinny all day long puncak alam is hot very hot forget water heater you will never need one
Air conditioning you’d need lots of it around the home to keep your home cool
Migrant workers sleeping around inhabited units something management of eco failed to monitor
Property yield forecast probably at Negative. No real core backing eco

Beautiful houses, amazing views, good security. Nearby UiTM Puncak Alam, hospital, and a lot of shops nearby.

Do not stay here the security is very bad, management replies to email after few days and doesn’t provide any contact number phone nor WA only email address. My relative’s maid ran away from the house and stole valuables from here but the security did not do their part to patrol the surroundings or stop her from leaving also the perimeter around the area has no wire perimeter fencing to prevent anyone from stealing valuables from your house anyone can climb in and out or go in and out of here. It is not safe there are supposedly Datos and VIPs staying here but this place is not safe. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE OR COME TO STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! As this already happened to my relative from our own personal experience.
