(Official Jetty) Sky Mirror Kuala Selangor

Sky Mirror is actually a seabed that appears above water at low tide, exposing an expansive sand flat as huge as hundred football fields for 3-4 hours in the morning, producing a mirror-like reflection of the sky. Locals used to call it Sand Dollar Beach or Black Sand. Fantastic place to have your pictures taken where it has a mirror image and the sky and thus “Sky Mirror”. Advisable to put on your Sunblock as it can be hot and drink plenty of water.
There are some package tour offered by various local tours. Best to check it out before going for it.

We went from KL to this place, the drive took an hour or so… We reached at 6.15am. We bought our tickets and a motorboat went all the way to the flat little island of sand. That island appears periodically, during low tide. It was a good experience. We were joined by a Korean family and a Chinese couple.

Not planning to go here, just fount out from seafood restaurant across the river.

Several packages is offered here, most popular is mirror, fire fly and blue something.

We took firefly and have to wait around 20m , the trip is around 40m and we’re lucky since there’s alot of firefly there.

Staff is so friendly and polite. We have a good time. Will return for mirror

About this place, you can read other reviews. What I am going to say is please tip the photographers that are working hard for you to have beautiful photos. Only just saying the word “thank you” can’t feed them and their family.

This is a beautiful place to head to for a day trip with friends or family. The experience of the boat ride, getting off in the middle of the ocean. Remember, you’ll need to remove your shoes once you are there. It was wonderful to just walk and stand around in the sand bar. The guides were so good and very helpful. The best part is taking photos which we absolutely enjoyed and had a great time!
