Be there for a sport massage. Was charged RM100 for the massage. It’s among the cheapest in that area after a rough survey. Overall it is good. Friendly staff and fully equipped.

The place is really good 👍🏻 even though they haven’t many equipment but they still have a great equipment to do a basic physio. I have came to this place since december 2022 and I would say there’s a lot of improvement since I came👍🏻my physio’s name is shahiza and she did a great job on treating my problem with my leg. Overall this place is really recommended for anyone at puncak alam that looking for a physio place👍🏻

Came here for my neck pain after suggested for physiotherapy. Booking process was smooth. Great overall ambience! The physiotherapist went thru my complaints and explained very well the issues i was having. She explained the treatment planned for me and for which muscle group we are targetting. The exercise taught to me also helped out a lot to relief pain when needed.

Started coming to this centre since March 2024. It’s almost 4 months now. This centre uses a different/multiple method for treatment of the pain area i.e. hand massage, hot/cold pad treatment, and machine. I have slipped disc and am currently receiving treatment for my back left and neck pain. The physio therapist is well trained. Ms. Izzati is knowledgeable and really concerned about making sure I received the right treatment focusing on my pain area. Thank you
