I rented the whole place & room for my university gathering event, they gave us
•excellent service
•helpful employee
•great taste of food
•comfy place for Shalat
The price is also competitive, this place is usually used for corporate gathering-so yeah the atmosphere is too formal for family leisure

It’s quite place, beautiful view. It’s facilities good, nice bed, AC, TV. There a family playground where you can play futsal, swimming or just chill out.

walls are dirty, the rooms are quite far from the reception so we had to walk outside to reach the room. the pool placement is odd, it’s literally in the middle of a field with no bench or anything at all. the outside lighting is so minimal it looks so creepy actually. but it’s worth the price, great location since it’s near puncak and Cimory Mountain View.

I’m sorry for the poor review because when i was there for survey, the best thing i can give a good grade is the meeting room….and when the staff showed me one of the room as a show unit….in both side of corner near the window i could see a huge mark of moss (ouch!). The swimming pool not recommended have broken tiles (lot of it) & what spooks me out is one electrical cable peep out between the tiles (thou the staff convinced me that the cable is no longer use!) & the foot steps is slippery because of the moss (too dangerous for kids). Actually the concept is good, big trees surrounds, great location & the main building is very modern but the management really…..really….need to improve to maintain

The hotel is good for reasons: very cheap rate even in the long weekend, since I book with agoda and got 1/3 of the room rate (standard room), breakfast always comes when it almost empty, hot water is always running.
What to be improved: the taste of food, & the cleanliness.
Overall, its really much worthy with what we got & what we paid, but if you pay with normal price, its a little expensive.. Buy when its price got discounted😀
