Puncak Pass Resort

The place is far cry from what it was in 2010 to 2015. The food tastes and displays have dropped. Staff look sleepy and untrained. The uniforms are faded a smiles have ingenious.

But the place still offers amazing views and great weather as it at almost highest point at Puncak.

Bring back cosy feel and chefs that made the food taste great.

Crazy pricing for the rooms. Not good value.

The atmosphere and ambient was very superb. The food is standard, even the fried noodle was too salty but the replace with the new one.

I still remembered when my father took us to this place for a weekend. This place was there since 40 years or probably more. It was look as it was I can remembered. Last Sunday, I went there to enjoy a breakfast and a view from the restaurant. The pancake and the pofferjies were the best dishes that I enjoyed with Americano. Feel the cold breeze and enjoy the surrounding area, live your life for a moment…

Old but gold description. Spacious resto & hotel with great views,good location, and i though are great taste for all variants food & beverage menu.

We traveled to the hotel from Jakarta, there was a huge traffic jam took us around 5 hours reaching hotel , we informed the same to the reception guy no reaction from the person didn’t even ask for water or courtesy words.. We paid almost 1.5 million ide for the night stay, room given had holes in curtain, dirty towels, broken wash basin which was leaking and entire water was flowing on floor. This hotel is highly commercial they don’t care about guest experience they are only concerned about the money. Hope hotel will see this review and take corrective measure to make hotel better.
