  2. This review to express my dissatisfaction with the services I received at SALAM hospital on 1st January 2025. My experience during this visit was far below the standard I expected and caused me considerable distress.

    Unfriendly Front-Line Staff
    The front-line staff I interacted with were unfriendly and unprofessional. Their behavior was not only unhelpful but also frustrating, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation.

    Overpriced Charges
    I was shocked by the high charges for the treatment I received. After being diagnosed with cat scratch disease, I was advised to either be admitted or take antibiotics for three days. I opted for the antibiotics but was only given one dose to be taken for 3 days, yet I was charged RM700. This charge seems exorbitant and unjustified.

    Unsatisfactory Service Quality
    The combination of unfriendly staff, lack of proper explanation of my treatment options, and the high charges left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a patient. It is not acceptable to provide subpar service at such high costs.

    I believe every patient deserves to be treated with respect, professionalism, and transparency. I kindly request that you:

    Investigate the behavior of your front-line staff and take steps to improve their professionalism and attitude.
    Review the charges applied to my case and provide a detailed breakdown to justify the RM700 fee.
    Implement measures to ensure patients are better informed about their treatment options and associated costs in the future.
    I hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary actions to improve your services.
