Dissatisfactory. Been served almost cold sate that have been grilled much earlier. Please grill per order. Who wanna eat cold satay???!!!

Placed an order via WhatsApp at 2.33pm for pick up at 3.45pm. Acknowledgement by admin was at 3.37pm. By the time I arrived around the indicated pick up time, they haven’t started grilling the satay. Had to wait until 4.15pm to collect the satay I ordered. Staff seem to lack any sense of urgency and seemed fine to have their customer waiting longer than they should. This is me being the only customer around when I arrived at that. It’s a pity that the experience was tarnished by the service. As much as I like their satay, I hope they improve their service for me to want to go again. Staff were polite though.

Finally found a nice and affordable satay in puncak alam. Recommend their chicken and beef satay, not chewy at all. Taste very good and big piece of meat too, the drinking menu is huge. Overall this is the best satay.
