unsatisfied. limited parking lot. hardly to access when yr house only have 3, cards but youre staying for 5-6 people guards not allowed to touch the access card for you. hope something good in future

Management & guard very strict about no construction work after 5pm on weekdays but today at 5.30pm Friday 13th March 2020, there still construction work and drilling going on at Block A. Where is the privacy? What did guard and management do? You guys deaf? Do not collect the maintenance/ management fees if you guys don’t do work.
Btw the lift always smelly. Do something on that please.

great living place. guarded and have own parking. got pool and playground at 3 rd floor. very near to econsave and dobi. plenty of shops and carwash too. good environment.

Live here since 2020 no major complaints except some of their security measurements are annoying specially the paper need to fill before receiving any device I buy like fridge or washing machine

For BLOCK B – Bad Management, leaking at the parking area, full of wild cats, entrance barrier gate card reader always have to swap many times, lifts are wet when user from the pool didn’t dry up themselves.
