brought my sister to emergency because of high fever. around 4am, 22 august 2024. one of the malay female doctor incharge in emergency department room 1 were very rude. she said so many things that shouldnt be said to a patient. if you as a doctor couldnt treat a patient nicely then dont bother on being a doctor. atleast you could do is treat a patient with sincerity not with such sassy and rude attitude. im very disappointed and offended with the doctor. i can go very far by making the doctor lose her job. i hope if the doctor is reading this right now, take this as a lesson before i go beyond far from this. i know people and i have contacts people ABOVE your paygrade. dont test me ya. i hope HSA take this seriously because i am this close to lose my patience.i dont care if this is a government hospital or swasta. you still SHOULD NOT treat a patient with no manners.
from outside the building looks great.
every step of the stairs has words of encouragement to use calories and in the elevator there is also information about health, it is very good.
But the lobby is a bit sad.
The toilets are not well maintained, many are broken.
the service of the staff is the most I give 2 stars, I don’t expect vip service. I understand that everyone is busy because many people, just ordinary service is enough.
But just imagine if you go to the hospital and get the service like what you gave, would you be happy.
I recently had an appalling experience at Shah Alam Hospital regarding my father’s treatment. The nurses were unprofessional, demonstrating a shocking lack of empathy and care. Their rude behavior extended beyond my father, to other patients as well, highlighting a disturbing pattern of neglect.
The hospital is seriously lacking in fundamental aspects of patient care. KKM needs to urgently investigate these issues.”
Went to their ENT dept and needing minor surgery. Good job to their team from the nurses, and Dr, with good explanation and good service! Their facilities are well maintained. Kalau pergi gov tu biasalah need to spare around 2-3 hours due to their volume, but I’m really blessed and proud of KKM! Thank you!
Orthopedic appointments at 11am. Still waiting to be called as at 3pm. Clinic is empty. No information why the waiting took so long. We are tax payers, but that doesn’t mean we deserve the long waiting. Hospital management please look in to this, time could be saved for something productive.
At 3.00pm number called. Referred to x-ray. No stickers given. Request for sticker. Seriously you need patients to walk here and there? This is no brainers’ work.Again Hospital Shah Alam please have a better management plan and flow.
