nothing much except for the really great service. the doctors really good in soothing the patient’s emotions. all the staffs are really soft spoken.. easy to deal with.

I’ve been a patient at Uniklinik Shah Alam for many years, and I’ve always been impressed by the quality of care I’ve received. The doctors are not only reliable and knowledgeable but also incredibly warm and approachable.

The staff is equally helpful and supportive, making every visit a positive experience. Even though I now work in a different area, I still make the effort to visit this clinic because I trust their expertise and the personalized care they provide.

This clinic should be set as the prime example for all other clinics to emulate. Every step of the treatment was a pleasant experience, from the registration to the consultation itself, and lastly getting the medication. Thank you Dr Aina who treated my wife, and Dr Rugaiyah who clearly built the right foundation for a great customer journey.

On Wednesday, January 22nd, I visited Uniklinik Sec 13 with my child as we were both feeling unwell. We were tested for influenza A, and the results came back positive. The doctor provided clear explanations and prescribed the necessary medications. The staff were efficient and helpful, making the entire process smooth. I appreciate their care and professionalism.

Pleasant vibe upon walking in. Friendly helpful nurses, clinic looked modern & equipped, saw wheelchairs, toilet facility clean & comfortable for patient. Drinking water cooler. Appreciated the few high seats in waiting area for those not convenient in the usual lower seats. Good ,polite & attentive Dr Raja Mukhriez on duty. Parking also convenient.
