I thought it would be fine but I still remember how the 2 nurses wearing sunglasses (nurses in blue uniforms), treated me rudely and disrespectfully on the 5th floor. Masuk bilik hentak pintu, like no manners. You wear a nurse’s uniform and you are in a hospital, you are treating patients, not your friends. I don’t know why, they’re very unprofessional. Otherwise everything was fine. Please improve your service.

Wonderful service by UiTM Cardiology team. A special Thank You to Dr Huzairi-Cardiologist for his kindness. He explained in detail about the my mother’s findings and examinations. Dr.Huzairi was very empathy indeed and patientconcern..The staffs(Cardio) we all humble and helpful. The medical staff who did ECHO was gentle and kind.

Went for health screening today & it was such a seamless experience. Very smooth, efficient from the start, friendly nurses and quick billing. The Dr who did my ultrasound is very good and informative. Same goes to the Dr who did my general check up, she was very attentive & did a painless pap smear procedure.. Alhamdulillah a very nice experience, finished around 2hr.

The private hospital is in 2nd floor. When u enter the lobby, you will see a lot of people waiting for their turns but that is the university public hospital. Just take the elevator to 2nd floor.

I first had my screening here as a woman with high blood pressure. The pricing was explained to me for me to get the choice to do more testing here or elsewhere.

Dr. Maza was a great doctor to be under. She made sure to know every cause before finally finding the right problem. I was very comfortable with the process. The staff from the nurses to the receptionist were great, too.

Right now, I am getting better and feeling great. Thank you very much.

Amazing hospitality and had an excellent experience. The admission process was smooth, the doctors were knowledgeable and clear, and the nurses were compassionate and always available. The hospital was clean and modern, my room was comfortable, and the food was ok. Additionally, the support staff were polite and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend this hospital for their outstanding care and service.
