US Pizza – Puncak Alam

Didn’t receive order when order thru online after half hour waiting and told me the pizza is not available.

Then have to wait another 20 mins for food to be delivered to our table after saying the order is available.

Dear US pizza, please train your staff. If he or she doesn’t feel like working like normal people, there are others looking for jobs.

Plus, they are serving cold mushroom soup.

P/S: staff has rude attitude, showing poor management of this franchise. Why put only 1 staff to take care of everything?

friendly staff, food served fresh & quick

Food was great, staff were helpful and friendly and very relax environment

Food is good. Staff are friendly but the sink looked like it hasn’t been washed for years (yellow and brown stains all over) and the glass door and windows at the entrance looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for months (full of grease and finger prints). It makes me wonder if there is a manager on duty here.

Staff friendly and food are great…sometimes are understaff but thats okay coz there are up and down in business. Great service!
