Vet For You Veterinary Clinic – Puncak Alam

The doctor who attended to my cat was very patient, kind and friendly. He managed to treat my grumpy cat like pro without hurting him. They also very understanding of my budget limitations and recommends me alternative solutions when asked. They are willing to explain the treatment methods in detail for my cat. I am grateful for their help and happy to give them good recommendation. Not gonna pray for my cat to come here again, but if he do, I know he’s in good hands.

the services is good. staff are really friendly and helpful. Dr firdaus explained to me really well and clearly. me and my cats are satisfied with the services. 👍🏻👍🏻

I’m not really sure how to review vets for now. But they seem ok so far. Including the deworming pill, checkup costs around RM35.

Treatment and doctor: Been here many times utk neuteur, spay and treatment. Doctor Firdaus sangat friendly dengan kucing dan customer, soft spoken and explain in details all alternative treatment (siap tulis atas meja) together with the price, symptoms, cara penjagaaan etc. So far, semua treatment okay with my kucing (depends on condition kucing jugak). He also delivered bad news about our cat in a good way so that we are not in shock.
Price: Agak berpatutan compared dgn Vet lain di Puncak Alam (Puteri Oasis & Nadia). RM35-50 for vaccine.
Location: Near to Hero Market so sometimes parking agak penuh.
Clinic: Ambience nice, cosy, ada Coway, bersih and hygiene cuma waiting area agak sikit. If ramai orang, maybe ada yg tak dapat tempat duduk.
Service: Admin whatsapp responsive and friendly. Receptionist pon friendly. Waiting time also not very long walaupon takde appointment.

Suggestion:
1. To extend operating hours till 8/9 pm so that those corporate slave can still visit Vet during weekdays..
2. Bagi receipt via WS/Email so that we can track the previous treatment/expenses for the cat

The doctors and staff were very helpful and kind. As a first time kitten mom, they gave me alot of tips on how to care for kitten. Thank you so much for your service ❤️
