Checked-in process was smooth. The room feel cozy. Cleanliness was good. Just quite upset with the pillow provided, just two pcs. Normally got 4 pillow for 1 queen size. The pillow also was not that comfortable. Other than that, just nice.

Used to stay few times.Was ok even though coffee not provided. But my recent stay really bad. All linens have bad smell like sweat smell. not sure they are changing the sheets regularly or not. Better go for cheaper hotel. bad service, especially the Indian house keeping Aunty. very rude.

Hotel is strategic,nearby to UITM puncak alam, have pleasant stay here..staff very helpful ,kudos to Ms Jane,very friendly staff,reply my whatsapp very politely,,,just hotel need to monitor the service such as tissue and soap inside the hotel room,my room just have a little soap left inside..not enough for those 2 days staying there…otherwise..have a pleasant stay over here..recommended

Room was clean and decent. Shower area was clean and spacious. The 2 pillows provided were too soft but the stay was pleasant.

The room was average but the service counter was not responsive enough to customer who are new to the place. Even as a guest with key, it was still difficult to enter the building. Having said that the security surrounding the area was very good as there was constant surveillance round the clock. Good job.
